 r Frank is a  brilliant academic and frustrated poet in a committed relat
 ionship with whiskey.\n\nRita is a mid-twenties\, working class hairdresse
 r\, stuck in a less than committed marriage because she too is frustrated.
  She craves the expansion of her horizons.\n\nFrank and Rita’s very diff
 erent worlds collide when  Rita signs up to an Open University course. Fr
 ank is less than enthusiastic about taking on the very persistent Rita  b
 ut as their relationship develops  they both soon realise just how much t
 hey have to teach each other.\n\nWilly Russell’s hilarious and heart-war
 ming comedy won the Olivier Award when it was produced in London’s West 
 End by the RSC. It was adapted into the multi award-winning film which sta
